    Smoked salmon advice

    A friend of mine gave me a couple of packages of salmon. One pack of "Chum",and one pack of "King". I've never smoked salmon filets before.I've got baby back ribs on right now smokin'@ 250.Will that temp.work for the salmon,and if so how long will I need to cook 'em? Thanks.

    need to brine it before you smoke it, gets pretty dry otherwise. at least in my expierience.
