FMJ Spine question

Trying to decide between a 340 and a 300 spine on a 5mm shaft

Carbon Defiant Turbo 28/65#. 28” shaft, 100 grain broadhead and would like to add either 50-75 grain insert. If my math is correct this would get to about a 530 grain arrow.

Looking at all the charts it looks like I could go either way. Any advice/input?

I’d go 300 just for the stiffer shaft. Stiffer shaft usually tunes easier

The 300 will set up well for you with your current setup and the 75 grain insert, great arrow weight.
