He made a difference in the world

That's all we can hope for

My Dad used to say

He passed in 2003

" you cant take it with you, the only thing you can hope for is to know in your heart, when you close your eyes for the last time, is to know in your heart you made a difference in the world"

Small consolation

But,

He DID make a difference in the world

Lost a friend under similar circumstances in the late eighties

Never understood it, how a perfectly healthy man can simply and suddenly collapse

He too was a good man

Very sad

I pray for his family that they may heal
