Workshop Side Wall

We are looking to build a 60'L x 30'W shop with living quarters. One end of the shop (25')will be living quarters. We want to enter the living quarters from the end wall so we have vaulted ceiling look.

My question for the green screen is the height of the side walls. We're are leaning towards 10' but I've had a few people tell me to go with 12' walls.

When we were looking to build a 40x60 we were going to have 18 ft side walls so if we ever decided in the future to finish it out we could have a two story.

Go with 12 so you can put in a 10ft door.

We did 16' eaves with a 4:12 pitch ... and have two stories.

I'm going with 12' framed walls on my 67'-3" x 40 shop. They will be on top of a 16" block foundation. It will have five 10' wide x 12' tall doors.
