I've painted a few scopes but it's a mess sometimes and they came out pretty good ..
But anybody ever try the Scope Skins wraps ?
They seem a whole lot easier and less $

Back when I did hydro dipping, I did a couple scopes. Just risky, as it will go completely under water.

Its very hard to tape off all the lines and marks on the scope as well, but it does look great!

Not sure what your link was to, but just wanted to share an option.
