Between hunting, kid sweat, Whataburger etc.... I need a good strong air freshener. I tried the normal ones but they don't last. Any suggestions ?

I threw a scented dryer sheet under the seat on an old work truck. Worked longtime and worked well to get rid of the smells.

Chemical Guys have some good ones that you spray in all kinds of scents, I like the leather scent the most.

LOL my truck stays pristine, my high school son (and his sports gear) stinks. The truck looks great, just doesn't smell it.

I haven't found anything that last very long....my last 2 were the spill proof Damp Rid (lavender), and those holiday brooms that smell like cinnamon.

I use chippewas’ Fragrant zones bouquet deodorant picked it up from when I was a kid, growing up my father had a trucking company and a lot of the drivers used it on a red shop rag laid under a seat
Used it also in my auto details back in the day
My wife hates it though

Second the Ozone Generator in the cigarette lighter. Works great! My dad smokes cigars and you can't tell.

Go with the ozone generator. They work great because they actually kill the source of the odor. I can't stand anything scented. I'd rather smell sweaty kids, greasy food, and wet dog (well, maybe not the dog); at least you know they're natural.

When the city cut my water for 4 days..
I borrowed a 5 gallon igloo and filled it.
Promptly spilled it rounding a corner and dumped 5 gallons of water in back seat of truck.
2 weeks later, you wouldn’t think it would be gut wagon foul.. but you’d be wrong..

I use the Little Trees. Coconut and Vanilla, hung together. Doesn't last very long but it works. My truck is usually filled with shed horse hair and spit cups. The air fresheners work.

Last summer I left an ice chest in the back seat of my truck and forgot to put the drain plug in it. I filled it full of ice and left it back there a couple days and all the melted ice drained into the carpet under my back seats and in the floor board. The sour smell was awful. I took a box of baking soda and sprinkled it liberally all over the carpet that got wet. After about a week I vacuumed it all out with my shop vac and the smell was gone and hasn't returned yet.
