    Got home yesterday afternoon from a week in Crockett county. Rut activity was hit and miss. Pancho the buck I was after cam in Saturday even made a scrape and rubbed and tree. He was walking towards the feeder and I was looking at him with my Binos. He had broken a brow tine , but was fully intact besides that. He immediately smelled a hot doe and took off after her to not been seen again. [emoji2959]

    I let a nice 10 I call crabby daddy walk 2 different times because he had a broken g4 and he had way too much potential to kill this year.


    My wife killed her first pretty good WT all by herself too.


    Friday evening was was with my son trying to get him a doe for his first deer and had a bobcat come in. Shot him with the crossbow and couldn’t find him. [emoji2959][emoji2959][emoji2959]

    That’s my week in a nut shell.

          Some good deer being knocked down out there in the last week or so. Congrats to all !!!

                                I just noticed he is laying on alfalfa cubes, I’ve been feeding some of them also. What part of the area are you hunting?
