X2, takes some work, but that’s just how it is with lasagna, my favorite Italian meal.

We made it last weekend and ate it Sat/Sun.

Good recipe, but next time we agreed to substitute the frozen spinach for fresh and 1/2 of the Italian venison sausage for Italian pork.

                        It's a keeper recipe.

We typically just use spicy venison breakfast sausage or spicy pork breakfast sausage from our show pigs we have never actually used Italian sausage. May give it a go next time.

I’m not a big Italian food guy, but lasagna is probably next to spaghetti on my list. Just passed through the kitchen and it looks like it’s on the menu for tonight. I’ll report back !
