McCulloch county Axis deer?

Any reports of die offs yet? I have been wanted to get up there BAD but it is just not possible...

A couple of us made a lease trip this past weekend. Although we don't have a ton of axis, we generally have a group that hangs around from late winter through late summer. Got a little worried when we didn't see them after going through trail cams, but we ended up seeing them driving around on Saturday afternoon. At least part of the group (if not all of them) look to have survived.

We are headed up that way this weekend to fill some cotton seed feeders. I feel like there should have been a pretty good die off due to the poor conditions this winter. Hopefully I'm wrong but I expect there to be some dead
