Making some today. How much of that stinking goat feed do you throw in? I bought a bunch big enough to last
me for a lifetime and it cost twenty three cents!

Talk more about the clay pot.
There are lots of choices at
lots of prices. My first try on
these was great- your clay pot
        will make them better?

My dad gave it to me many years ago. He had gotten it in Laredo. I have no idea on where to get them now. Be careful when getting one because most are just decorative pieces so check on the bottom of the pot to ensure they are not. My pot def adds a lot of flavor IMO.

This is the hit of the weekend. I have a crockpot full of this receipt going now. Cant wait. I love pintos and always looking for a new way to cook them. Also have Ribs and sausage on the smoker too. But I am really wanting the beans.

              Thanks

I'm still looking, there's some out there I've seen on line, kinda expensive. A lady here at the sawmill, says she can get them. Said hers take high heat on a burner and on the oven. We will see.

Brought the goodies to work..minus the can of brew
Soaked them in water overnight so they only took 6hrs. It was gone in minutes. I heard "man what smells good" 10000 times before lunch
