Collectors Firearms has a line you can send a pic to and they send you an appraisal of what they’ll pay for.

Awesome gun. Just for curiosity sake, will you let us know what something like that is worth. Thanks for sharing and good luck with the sale

            Adam,

While checking out detailed pics of the Colt, first thing that stood out was the action screws appear untouched, in original condition. Doubt they’ve ever been removed or seen a screwdriver. Amazing condition for a 160 yr old revolver.

I have had some interest, and one offer, with that said I am waiting to get some real idea on value, my dad bought it for my mom 50 yrs ago for 800.00 because she found it to be cute.

Put on a colt collector forum and sent pics to collectors firearms , not the best day on Easter , but maybe someone with knowledge can give me info and range on value tomorrow.

I would guess it's in the ballpark of $3k. Good looking gun..

Is it in working order or appear to be? That's a neat old gun for sure. It would be interesting to know if any history is ever discovered on it.
