I am a sucker for Vortex. That said, I haven't tried the other three. If one was made in America, I would likely put that one first. At least get behind them and see how they do in low light.

IMO, the Maven B Series and the Zeiss Conquest are both a step up from a Vortex Viper. I don't know anything about the GPO.

Vortex is what I have. I just had a great dealing with them for warranty. My bino's I've had for 10 years they just replaced and gave me a new harness as well. Great customer service that was no Hassel.

GPO!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love my passion 10x42s. I tested them when good glass matters against Sworos and i could barely tell a difference. For the price its a no brainer.

Maven or GPO
I have the Maven B1.2 10x42 and the Vortex. Maven wins out of those all day. I have looked through DC's GPO and they are great also.

I bought a pair of Zeiss Conquest 10X42's and I love them. If I had to pick another brand I would probably go with the Maven B2's as I've heard great things.

Maven for me, I am using the B1 10x42 and they are awesome. To get comparable with the Vortex you have to be at the Razor HD level, not the Viper... and I still prefer the Mavens. I switched from Vortex Razor HD to the Maven B1 2 years ago.

This. Visited Maven's office in Lander in October while up there hunting speed goats. Showed them my range finder with a dent in it. They tested it, said it was out of alignment, and replaced it. I really like the B glass in my 10 x 42
