Dad is 69. His PSA has fluctuated but never really been astronomical. I think last value was an 8. Recent MRI showed a large mass in the prostate but to my knowledge no extension to nearby tissue or lymph nodes.

Another prayer for your mom and dad. Remember, prostate cancer is not necessarily a death sentence. There are a lot of treatment options especially if the cancer is contained in the gland.
