      Nice.

Be careful if those stones around the fire get wet, they will explode if you dont watch it.

You really need to use a metal liner or fire brick right next to the fire.

I have had an identical fire pit to this, at another place with probably 100 fires in it. Not saying the exploding castle block thing can’t happen, just saying it hasn’t happened to me.

I do put al layer of lava rock in the bottom of the fire pit as several have said that is the best coal bed material.

Very nice, but I can't help but say something about there being only 1 chair. LOL

The plan is to build 5 Adirondack chairs and a small table for out there. I kind of like the ones made from recycled milk jugs, but I don't think I can stomach the $200 per chair they want for those.

Good looking project. Let me know where the poly chairs are for $200, I need some, lol. My 2 semi local shops are at $340 each. I can't pay that much.

I’ve built these before for our lease friends and family before, made outta 2x4’s, 2x6’s and 2x8’s for the arms . They’re heavy but didn’t cost me 2-300 each to build

Polywood.com = $219.00. Some discounts if you buy sets of four.
