    Which suppressor?

I am looking at getting a suppressor for my 6.5 Grendel and I am needing some serious schooling on these things. If any one has some knowledge they would like to drop on me, I would be appreciative!

I did lots of research and I decided to go with Thunder Beast Arms.

I got the Q Thunder Chicken and like it a lot. I use it on 4 different rifles.

Lots of really good options out there right now. Couple questions for you...

Is your Grendel an AR15 or bolt action?

Do you have any other rifles you would want to suppress?

Without knowing, I would suggest either the DeadAir Nomad 30 or SilencerCo Omega 300. They are both direct thread or QD capable, and can be used on multiple host weapons ranging from 5.56 to 300 mag.

I have the omega and like it a lot. It a good, light, quiet, do all suppressor.

You will probably end up wanting a .22 can also. I would suggest the SilencerCo Spectre2 or the DeadAir Mask. They are so much fun, really “movie quiet” shooting. Easily the best money I’ve ever spent was on my Spectre2.

Really impressed with the omega 300. Lite and short.

Don't get the Silencerco Harvester. It's a great can but has a built in muzzle break(?) and it really causes some clear sight issues when it gets heated up.

Now on the .22 front. My Deadair is superb...

Thunder beast arms. I have the ultra 9. The longer it gets the quieter it is. There is a difference in the 5 to 7 to 9.

Omega 300 seems like the best overall, at a decent price point.

I was so impressed with my first Rugged (Razor) I bought a Radiant.
If you want an education on suppressors search and read.

Thunder Beast Ultra 7 for me.
Wanted a precision type can with accurate repeatability.
                    And already purchased the 2nd.

Dead Air Nomad if you want direct thread.

Dead Air Sandman S if you want quick detach.

Add on a Dead Air Mask to any plans you make. You’re going to want a rim fire can for sure

                          I’d look hard at a Resonator K
