I was thinking that he'd be close from the trail cam pics, but I was able to see him in person 2 weeks back and made the determination he was legal. Turns out he was just under 14".

That left antler definitely has some “funky” going on. I like unusual. We had one on our lease that just had a big fork on the right side, and I would have given a left nut to have gotten him but he disappeared. Big bodied mature buck too. Oh well, congrats on a nice buck !

Congrats on a great buck. From experience those trail cameras can fool you. I shot the biggest buck out of 18 -8 points or better I had on camera . He looked huge next to the other bucks only to be 13-1/2”.

That is awesome! I wonder how far apart we are. It would be interesting to know what his range was.

This has got to be the worst way to find out who your neighbors are. [emoji23]

LOL, DEFINATELY...Fortunately I was not necessarily counting on hunting this buck,he was sporadic in his visits. The OP and I just talked and were basically 500 yards apart.
