I did the same thing last Wednesday... still tender and pretty weak at this moment. Ask your MD for muscle relaxers its helped me tremendously with the spasms

I hit a gopher hole on the tractor and bounced up and sat on my own “boys”.... barely got the clutch pushed in to stop. The old stuff Ain’t no joke

im not even 30 yet and i stood up quick the other day from a squatting position and my back seized up so quick i went right back down to the ground. my two older brothers keep telling me i am majorly F'ed when i turn 30... AND 30 ISNT EVEN OLD! my doc has already told me get ready for new knees in my 60s most likely 50s. not looking forward to it
