200 LF of utility trench today between sewer, water, gas & electric. Also replaced the water line to the main house. It was built in ‘59 and had a super corroded old galvy line.

Looks good! Out of curiosity, what are permits running on 900’ these days? I have a couple friends that were so sick of the red tape and fees that they completely stopped building custom homes in Austin city limits.

                    Second Dwelling Unit Build

Put in 23 hours this weekend. Almost buttoned up in the front yard, all utilities almost done. Gotta wait for the slab pour tomorrow to finish the tie ins.

Op. Looks good but I’m gonna go out on a limb and say it’s not being permitted and inspected

One of these 1-1/4” conduits meets code bury depth, isn’t stressing the conduit, and looks good.
The other was permitted and inspected.
