I agree. in the beginning, he said he needed the money he was going on vacation, that week, so to wait a couple of weeks.... i've messaged and tried get a time set up several times, as far asking him to venmo my money back, but noting should I out him as far as posting his user name?

Like others have said, You're certainly more patient than I am. If there has been multiple outreach attempts to contact the seller and he has refused to respond after 3 months I don't see the issue in revealing the name. I think an Admin intervention might be needed as well. We don't want the classified section filled with people wanting to screw over other members.
