Backyard Shed

Moving into a new house next week. I have a shed at my current house, so I’ll need another when I move. I’m limited by the HOA to 10x12 and 10’ tall. Been looking at Tuff Shed but seems like I could build one myself for less money and better quality. Anyone know a good place to get plans for a shed like this?

No need for plans, just draw it up on a sheet of paper. Ask the folks at the pro.desk at the lumber yards for a materials take off list.

I got about $3500 in this one. Paid labor to BIL
10 x 12. 2 x 4 construction. Metal roof. Sitting on 16 piers dug about 16 inches deep and filled with stone.
