    Pablano peppers?

If your going to stuff pablano peppers like jalepenos, do you have to remove the skin first? I did some a while back and once you get the skin off, it's like working with a wet noodle.

I love poblanos and we use them quite often around the house. The only way I stuffed them was just like making stuffed bell peppers, and then I did remove the skin. The pepper was limp as you stated, but I laid them on there side in the roaster and it wasn't that big of a deal. I would imagine that if you grill them long enough to the point right before the skin is charred they would be fine with the skin on.

I stuff them and grill them skin on with no problems.

I would think that the skin would soften up like jalapenos, after awhile on the grill. I have stuffed with ground beef, rice, and cheese before and put in the oven and they were pretty good.
