Yes sad deal for sure, my wife knows the Mother through her business. What’s weird another lady that works with this young mans mother was kicked in the face by a horse this past weekend als and is in serious condition.

It is a horrible thing. I know them. I worked with his grandmother and grandfather and I buy alfalfa from their hay business. The are fantastic people and Legend was more grown up than many men. He was truly an amazing young man with more talent and ability than any kid I ever met. He could hold a conversation like an adult. Prayers to all his family and friends

That is extremely heartbreaking. Prayers for the family. I cant help but think the boy loved his horse very much and it seams so odd that they both went together.

We actually met this family two years ago on a family vacation to Wimberley. They were in the cabin right next to us and my son and Legend became buds quickly. My son calf ropes and he had his roping dummy there. Those boys spent hours each day roping that dummy and swimming. Legend was just learning to rope at that time.

                      Heartbreaking for sure.
