Just call Hamms Creek. They said the boat ramps are still open. But the water is all the way to the top of the ramps.
Looks like we got a chance for some more rain this week. I'ma ready for it to quit for a little while so my back yard will dry out. It's a swamp back there right now. Seen a gator with one of the neighbor's cats heading for some coontail moss earlier today.

Looks like the Granbury release has been slowly cut back to 2635 cfs. PK is about half that much. Which brings the question: What will the proposed rains this week do to those lakes. The W lake continues to release water at 6,500+ cfs. Thankfully it has been a drop in level. Slow, but it's dropping. And sitting at 4.11 feet above normal.
A lake is 3.52 feet above normal at the moment and dropping still. I'ma dying to get out there and try all those crappie condos and structures TP&W put in over the last few years. Got them all marked on my sonar/GPS. Just need this little lake to settle, and the wind to be right.

PK and Granbury continue to release the same amounts.
The W lake has come up 1.89 feet in the last 24 hours to the minute. And now sits at 8.13 feet above normal. The gates there have been closed at the present, no water being released.
The A lake has come up .88 feet in the last 24 hours. It sits at 7.25 feet above normal. That is a lot for this little lake. NO water is being released.Last edited by Texas Grown; 05-05-2019, 10:58 AM.
