I’ve shot many deer in the same exact spot they go about 50 yards tip over, but I have a feeling that’s not how this ended....

looks kind of a high/back shot but should still be double lung ?

I'd wait 2 hours at least unless of course you see him dead from the arrow location or something.

I killed the deer in my profile last year & hit him in about the same spot. He staggered for about 40 yards & fell over. He shouldn’t go far.

A little high but dead deer. I've found for some reason, high lung shots kill them extremely fast.
