I know of some further up in San Augustine and a really really nice one in Sabine. I’m not on either but know several people who are.

I’m getting off my lease in S Jasper county this year. There’s supposedly a waiting list but maybe I can put in a good word if you are interested.

It is just south of Kirbyville. $1500 a per member. You get to pick two sets. 1 trophy 1 management deer 2 does. Lease is MLD

I’m getting off bc I have another lease in the hill country. Can’t justify both.

Thanks for the info. What are the trophy and management criteria? Are hunters able to get those 2 deer each year or a specific list of deer to be harvested?

4.5 or older for the trophy, 8 points or better
3.5 for the management, natural 7 point or less
Hunters can get them each year if they meet criteria. But they do share shooter/non shooter pics given from lease members on the book of faces page to help eliminate mistakes
