Let me start off by saying my wife has killed a couple deer before, however they were not perfect shots. None the less, they died and we recovered them…
This trip was different, we headed out to the lease this past Saturday, evening hunt! I fed the senderos and i had a feeling we were going to see pigs forsure( We had them all day on camera throughout the rain).
I mean i fed the senderos hard as i knew that we would also be hunting sunday morning.
sat evening we sat and we saw this deer , however he never gave her a shot she was confident in..
Sunday morning comes around, we have little ms sunny Jane in the blind with us and it’s about nap time for her. So myself and SJ laid down on floor. I was hoping I could put her down as soon as she fell asleep.:. Ya that didn’t work out!!! Lol she did fall asleep but as soon as I was going to put her down she wasn’t having it… she cried a little and than some lol so basically momma had to do it all on her own.
She loaded gun, put up arm rest we use and marked where he was standing. The rest is history ! Recovery was short and sweet . 20 yards or so, bearly made it in brush .
