Who makes the best nachos?
Lately when I go out to eat the nachos have not been that great.

I usually like the places that make a pile of nachos with everything versus the individual made chip nachos.

Been a long long time but Papasitos had really good ones but I live to far from there now.

How do you like your nachos?

I like “pericos”… chip, bean, cheese, guacamole and topped of with pickled jalapeños

There’s an art to that. I get mad when my pile of nachos has a bunch of naked/barely clothed chips at the bottom of the heap.

Fuzzy’s nachos are pretty good. Ate at a Guy Fierie,or however you spell it, in Cancun. They trash can nachos are dang good.

Never tried them, but I saw the most beautiful, picture perfect nachos in Strawn Tx. Mary’s is famous for chicken fried steak, but those nachos were a work of art (individually made). I may try them next time, as I think their signature dish is overrated.
