Tonneau Cover vs. Camper Shell

Topper every time. At some point you’re going to want to haul something out of the weather that won’t fit in a flat cover especially if you have a wide like mine. We have to carry everything we own with us when we go out of town

ARE hard covers on the last 3 trucks. Really liked the security and rain protection.
That being said, I ordered an ARE camper for my new truck.

I have had tool boxes on all my other trucks and loved them. My newest truck came with afactory tri fold cover. It was in the way more than anything IMO. I bought a camper shell from a tbh member and have loved it. Mine has the 1/2 slide openings with screens and full flip up side windows. That's the bomb! You can get to everything really easy even up by the cab. Pay extra to get these features.
