Default Cajun Blake breakfast sausage

Finally slowed down enough to make some pan sausage using the seasoning I’d ordered from Cajun Blake few months ago. If y’all haven’t tried his breakfast sausage seasoning you should give it a try! The family really liked it. We ended up making 50# worth yesterday then for supper the wife used his fajita seasoning to make chicken fajitas. They were delicious!!! Wednesday we’ll be making boudin using his seasoning and recipe too. Thanks again Cajun Blake!!

Yep been using it for several years. Great stuff. Try the Cajun sausage seasoning for your links as well.

Not only does he send you boudin seasoning, he’ll send you the recipe. My father n law is from the south and he likes it too! Just picked up all ingredients today so it’s “game on” come Wednesday morn.

I need to just start carrying cards to give to people when they ask how things are seasoned so good. I'm not even a good cook and Mr. Blake's stuff makes me seem like I am.

Thanks for the link. My sweetie has been asking me to make some breakfast sausage and so yes I will have to go to the lease to get the main ingredient of pork. Lol She knows I like to provide the freshest wild protein possible.
