After going back to teaching full time in August I know I've fallen off the face of the green screen. It makes me sad, but teaching is amazing, too.

I still write for our local paper, and they just published the annual hunting guide, In the Crosshairs. I have five brand new recipes in it, including:

Bear-n-Hare Jambalaya
• Venison Mississippi Roast Stuffed Baked Potatoes
• Stuffed Shells and Meatballs
• Salisbury Meatballs
• Venison Fajita Stir Fry!

I had to share it here with y'all, too. Recipes start on page 19. Enjoy!
