I agree with you.

We may all have our differences of opinion but we can all agree the portal sucks.

I hope the Ags can pull Manning from OU. We need more elite level CB talent.

The portal may suck. But, coaches being able to pick up their bags and leave for greener pastures at any time isn’t right either. Who knows what they promised the kids to get them on campus only to leave a short time later.

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Have the coaches fulfill their obligation just like the player should.

Coaching is a job. In capitalism people can accept higher paying gigs and move on. They owe nothing to people they hired while at their last job.

I understand. Coaches contracts mean nothing. Not worth the ink and paper they are written on. And, the kids contracts mean everything. Nah... I will take it at face value. Coaches can continue to basically be two faced liars and hypocrites. But, student athletes should set the standards.

I don’t care for the portal. But, I also think coaches have it way too easy when it comes to breaking contracts. You have your opinion and I have mine.

Nice, that gives ya'll 5 - DT in 2020, which means it gives us a better shot at Jaquelin Roy whose visiting this weekend I think.

He's friends with Major Burns though, and from Baton Rouge so I don't see how he doesn't end up at LSU. Would probably just cut 1 of the 3 - 3* DT you got committed to make room.

LSU is absolutely killing it in recruiting. I like seeing them take 5-6 D linemen. Now bring in a few highly touted O linemen and they are set to contend for a playoff spot.

I think the quote from this kid was "Alabama needed a DT and LSU needed a DT too. I decided to go to Louisiana and commit to LSU"

Something like that. Big get but a long way away from signing day.

Things are getting red hot on the recruiting front in Aggieland. Lots of big time prospects in and out on a daily basis and crystal ball predictions swinging in our favor.

Jimbo and staff doing work.

We’re in good shape with King but Tennessee is a real threat. I wouldn’t be surprised if he goes OOS. Achane on campus today as well as some CB’s. One is a 5 star from the Northeast. His third visit.

LSU booster (thief) steals $180,000 from a charity and pay the dad of a OL player.

This was not a payment for play or payment for signing based on the info out.

This is a guy who met people and convinced them to take payments which he disguised on the accounting records to be legitimate. Then the people who took the money paid most of the money back to him so he could steal it from the original entity.

This was not paying money for an athletic advantage for LSU. This was a criminal scheme to steal money.

On the heels of the basketball scandal and nothing to see here.....

The federal complaint also states a “portion” was paid back and not “most”.

Why involve the football team at all? This really seems reckless if your a booster and a players family member.
