Headed to Albany. Not expecting much from reports I have heard. Pretty disappointing

Milo is being cut as I type this. Had pretty good numbers of white wings coming in evening and morning to the milo yesterday.
Hunting in Muenster TX. Should be decent. Definitely not the numbers I have seen in prior years but can’t kill them on the couch.

I will be hunting tomorrow morning in Guadalupe county. Based off my weekend scouting things aren't looking great. All the fields are over grown. There will still be some birds and if anything I will go back out in the afternoon. I'm still super pumped. Way better than sitting in the office.

Ready to roll in southwestern OK.
Been looking at different places all afternoon, and we have some high numbers in a few places.

Sounds like a good time to head west and hunt elk

We’ll be hunting the last piece of undeveloped land we own (Southeast Austin towards Creedmore). This will probably be the last year we hunt there; by nest year, a new high school will be sitting at the same spot. Hope to find something near Creedmore or Niederland to hunt on going forward.

I know I know.. add in the remodel and it’s just a smart move. I’ll make up for it the 2-3 following weekends[emoji41]

Dove are pretty slim south and southeast of Abilene. But all over the place in town of course.

maybe some but most have roosted long before sunset.

Birds are sparse. My shooting is "sparser" . [emoji1]

But I got a couple so far.
