I know it’s relevant but I wouldn’t put much stock in Thompson’s high school career. He is talented for sure based on his limited game experience at Texas. One would hope he has been developed way beyond High School during the 2 or so years he had been on campus.

Sark’s decision making and lack of in game adjustments that others have raised are likely the bigger concern. I predict they get healthy against Rice on Saturday and many of these concerns are partially lifted.

Casey will probably look great this weekend against Rice, but it won't tell us too much about him or the team.

I think USC has fallen out of favor for various reasons. Kinda shocked at Georgia personally. Did it say what the criterion was for said jobs?

I understand, based on what criterion? Pay, support, prestige, ability to win, political affiliation, cost of living, state income tax, etc? Not to agonistic, but Texas has had one good decade in the last half century. Georgia's resume is worse. I would assume this is based on pay and prestige?

Answer - The NFL

For FIFTEEN years straight the SEC has produced more NFL draft picks than any other conference.

The Big12 is routinely in 5th place...no comparison

11 of those 15 years an SEC team won the National Championship (4 different teams)

Noooo, he's an 8th grader at Bracken Christian. My daughter is 6th grader at SVMS.
