It’s official! Into the wild blue yonder!

Our son Aaron graduated last Thursday nite from cy fair high school. After months of college visits, talks, cussin and discussin, thinkin, wishin and prayin, Aaron made his long term decision. So, we were up bright and early Friday to be at Ellington Air Force Base at 9am so he could be sworn in to the Air Force Air Natl Guard!

Aaron will be stationed at Ellington after basic training. What’s really cool is we have a long line of family members who were stationed at Ellington in The Guard. Several cousins, a couple uncles. Also, my dad, Aaron’s grampa, was a Master Sargent and fire chief for years at Ellington.

It was really cool to be on base again!

Congrats, son! We love you. Onward and upward!

Congrats. My grand-daughter decided the Idaho Air National Guard was the smart choice for her, and has been in for a year. Says its the best thing she ever did. Trained in San Antonio and Witchita Falls, then came back to Boise. Absolutely loves it.

                              Not surprised at all.

He was always a great kid who has turned into a fine young man.

A large part of him is shown and due to you and your best halves easing him right for sure!!!
