Below is info, except the size, a buddy of mine provided to describe a hunt lease opportunity. Curious what others would guess the land size is based on the info provided. We have a site visit set up.

"This is a group hunting lease and is for your four to five hunters for one year. (Jan 2020 to Jan 2021). None of our family or friends will hunt on this ranch while you have it.
There are Axis, Sika, white tail, hogs, dove, turkey etc on this property. Hunt whatever is in season and of course legal limits apply. Bow hunting is allowed. There are five feeders and five blinds.
On the property is a Dutchmen Lite that sleeps five and it has a sofa, fridge, stove, built in table. You have access to electricity, water, lodging. There are RV hook ups 30amp and 20amp for outlet plugs at pole.
The annual cost for the total group is $13k
This includes everything, except deer feed, for one year."
