    Trailer Hitch Recommendation

Which adjustable trailer hitch for my new truck? I have a 2-1/2” receiver on my truck. I’m thinking about an 8” drop. I looked at a Weight Saf hitch that has two balls. Are they any good?

Must have regardless of what hitch you go with.

B&W. I have put this hitch through some curbs, retainer walls, extreme angles with a RV or Pontoon boat attached, etc. $350 ish. Well worth it.

Spend the $15-$20 on the locking pins.

SPEND THE $15-$30 (PER PIN) ON THE LOCKING PINS! (Im yelling at you so maybe youll hear me)

+1 for B&W. Haul between 10k and 14k several times a week. Never an issue.

Weigh Safe if your around saltwater much with stainless balls and locking pins. After a few years, my B&W was a mess but still operated smoothly. I believe the 2.5" WS has a 20k load and 2k tongue rating. Either are good options.

B&W here. Bite the Bullet and get a good one and you’ll never have to buy another one.

I have a gen-y, I really like it. Sticks out a bit, but I can open my tailgate with a trailer attached
