Looks like rutted up 4.5 year old

This is my thought, at first I said old but looking closer at pic I think his back sway is due to stance and neck is already swollen but it doesnt meet point of brisket. I would want another broadside pic to make a for sure determination on age but right now im saying no more than 4.5 and "photo shopped" by mother nature
