I know this is a long shot, but we are at our wit's end, and about out of options. job transferring to seadrift in 6 weeks, and my house is about to sell here in l.j. we made a full price offer on a nice 300k+ house that was on the market for 165 days and the owners decided they didn't want to sell, and took it off the market. went under contract on another house and inspection came back with dismal results(contaminated well, roof way overdue for replacement, non-functioning septic, list goes on and on), so we terminated. we didn't want to move twice, and wanted to be in industrial school district. well, life will throw you curves once in a while. haven't rented since college, but now considering. have a couple agents trying to find us something. anyone know of a clean, safe rental for family of 3 and a dog, with 825 credit score?? if we can't find anything very soon, we will be considering Victoria.
