    Mortgage Refinance - New Records Interest Rates

    Hate to sound like a broken record, but this one is not. It's a new tune.

    Rates are at or below all time record lows.

    There is no way at this point in the craze that I can run numbers on your specific loan scenario.

    You are welcome to apply and I will review your loan if I have the information needed, I will lock your interest rate ASAP.

    Apply at www.treypowers.com. Click red APPLY NOW button, scroll down and click CREATE AN ACCOUNT. You need to be as thorough as possible on all questions on the application. Also, if your credit is locked, it will have to be unlocked for me.

    Interest rates and loan terms are are subject to change without notice. Your exact rate or rate quote will be determined by your loan terms, credit scoare and value. Nothing in my posts are (or should be construed as) an offer to extend credit.

      Today I locked a 30-year mortgage at 3.25% with no points. That is the lowest "no points" 30 year rate I have ever seen. I locked several others at 3.375%. Coronavirus is good for bid-ness!

      Our refinance promotion where we pay appraisal cost is good for another week.

      If you are the least bit curious what a refi would look like for you, shoot me an email. I need only:

      * Copy of your last mortgage statement

      * Estimated credit score

      * Estimated home value.

      Email me those things and I will shoot you back a scenario. trey@treypowers.com

      Or call me. We can talk hunting and mortgage. 512-203-5869.

      Thanks,

      Trey

      Do you do Louisiana?

                Figuring I’ll toss this out in case anyone is in the same boat.

                How soon can one refinance? We are sub 4% and closed in September, first payment was made in November.

                  Personal homes only? or investment homes?
                  what about real estate held in LLCs?

                          Investment property owned by an individual, all day long.

                          There are no conventional mortgage loans for an LLC.

                            No wait time on a rate/term refi, though your mortgage guy has his profit/commission pulled if refinanced within 6 months.

                            If your other loan was a Texas A6 cash-out, must wait 12 months.
