Are these to actually play with or display? My daughter would have issue playing at the mid level and no chance at the top. Don’t know if any at the ages into them could reach top level
Lol I dont have the time but yes I agree. I wish I was buying one and not making it. But I seriously think folks would pay 2-4k for these based on how expensive all thier crap is and how big/intricate it was.

Plus their **** dolls are over $100/piece haha
I think its both...daughter saw it on the internet and my wife volunteered my mediocre carpentry skills to make her Christmas wishes come true[emoji3061][emoji3061][emoji3061]

Whatever you do, make that thing so you can re-purpose it into a deer blind down the road. My daughter's infatuation with her American Girl Doll lasted 18 months! Then, crickets! I was lucky enough to avoid the condo build. Good luck Dad!
The things we do lol!! My oldest has several dolls and all the accessories. Plus just as many target brands ones that cost 10% of what the dang American girl dolls did. Even had a birthday party at the store. 3 girls only cost like 750 bucks to have a party there.
