    Mac-n-cheese in Crock Pot



    Cook one box of rotini or elbow pasta in boiling water for ten minutes. Toss in two tablespoons of oil. Spray crock pot with Pam. Add the following:
    4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    1 13 oz can evaporated milk
    1 1/2 c milk
    1 tsp salt
    1/4 c melted butter
    6 slices cooked crumbled bacon
    Cooked pasta
    Cook on low in crock pot for 2 hours

    We also added sliced smoked Gouda cheese on top.

                          Yes sir, probably so. Since then, we have added a package of chopped prosciutto.
