If you've ever used dirt hole set's for coyotes it's super effective for a dog like this. Plenty of info on youtube. No reason to sit out in the heat all day. All you need is good bunch of steel straps and something that stinks. If you have access to kill some hogs, pile 2-3 on a pile and surround with dirt hole sets, you will catch him no doubt. Anything dead,(got a freezer you need to clean out) cover it with brush and surround it with traps. Easiest way to get him. Have a cell cam on the setup. If you can kill some hogs and put traps around them cover them with brush to keep the buzzards out of your traps.

Coyotes will usually smell your sent in these kind of setups, but not dogs.

Looks like Anatolian/Pyrenees mix. I find it hard to believe it is killing the fawns, as deer are related to and resemble goats. They will move and eat already dead goats to reduce attracting predators. Not saying that is the case here, but something to consider.

I was gonna say he has pyrenees in him for sure. Definitely needs to go. He probably dug under the fence.

Found a place where it looks like he dug under from the neighbor not far from there. may or may not be a trap set. At the very least might get a yote or two.

I had a a bad dog try to attack me as I excited my back door..
I put one in his throat at 10 steps charging me..
Montgomery county Sheriff confiscated my rifle and filed felony assault charges against a non livestock animal..

I would set a snare trap in that hole and sit in that blind and see if he shows. If so, as soon as he is snagged give'em a dirt nap and bury him out back where the evidence will go unseen or leave him out back for the hogs and yotes to get rid of the evidence.

How is he getting in your breed pen? You have some gaps in your fence that need to be addressed. If a dog that size can get in a coyote surly can.
