Wild pig, or escapee

Came across a piglet being eaten by an eagle while fishing a small central Minnesota river today. To my knowledge we don’t have wild pigs around here, but this one was pretty shaggy. We be heard they grow hair pretty quick if the get out in the wild. Thoughts?
