Joke - back up camera ideas

So I want to play a joke on my friend. I want to put something over her back up camera on her Lexus. Like a smiley face so when she backs up her monitor in her car shows a smiley face.

Has anyone ever done that? What's the best way to do that so that it isn't noticeable from the outside of her car?

I saw a video where someone printed a scary clown face and taped it in front of the camera. When the driver reversed all she saw was that clown and screamed.
