I didn't "study" the report, but from what I've read in it, I didn't really see anything I would object to implementing.

Would like to see other's input on it if interested in reading.

In see slippery slopes from one sentence to another. If Texas turned blue they could come for our crossbows. This is all fine in a red state. Blue would be real bad.......
