Freeport Officer/Honorary Texas Ranger Abigail Arias

Many of you have seen the state and national news reports of the young Lady in Freeport who, during her cancer battle, became an honorary Freeport Police officer (Officer Abigail 758), and who also became an honorary Texas Ranger.

This morning we received word of her passing.

Please be in prayer for her family, all of her "Partners", and any of those fighting cancer.

Help fight cancer in some way in the next few days in her honor.

    RIP Ranger Abigail.

It was great to see how many people went out of their way to make the last year so special for her. It is difficult to loose a child in any way. She is at peace. With the lord now and not suffering. She will be missed by many

I love my state for many reasons and this is certainly one.

RIP little Abigail. Unfortunately, I hadn't heard of this until now. I'll say a prayer for the family and their little girl.

Prayers for the Lord's comfort over her family during a difficult time. Only He knows the reasons.

              Also, cancer sucks.

I met Abigail and her Brother at the Ranger reunion in Waco this summer. Super sweet kids and you wouldn’t have thought a thing in the world was wrong with the little Gal. Just watched the coverage on Click2Houston....rough

There are very few words that I can use to describe what I feel right now. Or for any child for that matter. Innocence.

May the Lord's comforting hand rest on all the hearts of those who morn for her.
