Van will likely end up a 4* (still drop the average) whether he commits to Texas or not. TH should land Collins as well.
Collins is the 9th ranked SDE nationally and Fillinger is the 18th ranked SDE nationally.
Fillinger is a 4* on 247, getting screwed by Rivals like the new Aggie QB.
