We had a live one that was 7-2" in our camp on our lease south of Del Rio. He was in a glass cage and could eat a grown jack rabbit. This snake looks bigger than the snake we had in our camp... I'll post up when he sends me the measurement.

Hope to see a few more pics of that snake, wow!

For those who asked, he was killed in far southeast Webb county, south of Mirando City.

That could feed a whole scout troop! Just ask Texas-taxie.

And it could be worth a buck or two alive.
              Edit: Could have been...

                      The John Holmes of snakes.

DO NOT google if you don’t know who that is.

Dang. I’d be as nervous as a cat filling that feeder from now on.

Never did measure mine but I'm 6' & could barely keep it from dragging holding it above my head...no doubt they can down a jack getting in the 6' range.

Here was his fate...our own WALKER here on TBH daughter Denies did the taxi work. I can't imagine the hours it took to wire / glue this beast together. I asked her to make it take up the smallest area she could & came out great. 12ga didn't mess it up too too bad.
