    Shoot through two hogs

Got 2 big boars coming in at night. I dont have a can to be quiet so whats best for going through both at once from 50 yards or less.
    I got 7 mag, 270, 3006, 6.5x284 norma

Or would buckshot from my chain on at 25 yards work better.

      Buckshot could work as well.

All will be fine depending on the bullet. .270 would be at the bottom of the list, but all three will work with a Barnes etc. for sure.

It’s been done by my family alone several times.

My buddy got two at our place this year with one shot; 6.5 creedmoor 143 eld-x.

There are so many variables, I think you really just need to get lucky. That said, 30-06 will have the best chance of what you listed - mass over speed.

I've gotten plenty of "doubles" where I cycle the bolt fast enough to get a second pig - that's a helluva lot easier than trying to engineer a trick shot.

I got 2 with one shot from a .17hmr. Don’t overthink it. Line up their heads and let her rip tater chip.

I’ve shot doubles with my 270 multiple times, but always smaller pigs. For two big boars, I would take the 30-06 with 180s.

I'd probably attempt that feat with buckshot. I accidentally got two with one bow shot last year lol... Sailed a Rage through a large sow, and stuck the arrow in the spine of a smaller hog on the opposite side of her. He went down squealing, the rest of the group took off running, I thought I had somehow missed her, but about 50 yards out she went down also.

I've done it several times with my -06 and a 150gr at that distance on shoats and mature pigs. Most I ever got was 7 piglets at once. They were about 20lbs each. That was at ground level at 60 yards. And they were in a group of about 30-35 piglets. No adults in the group. They had already been shot. Granted, there were parts inedible on the piglets.

This is the size I'm looking at, in the stand with the 7 mag. They usually show by 8 or 830.
Got pics of em running my deer off so they gotta go.
