Barrelfish - they slime like crazy once they are out of the water. If you look at the barrelfish I'm holding.....trails of slime are dripping off it's belly. The slime of this fish.....let's just say....gafftop don't ooze and drip slime like this fish does. But they eat off the charts........like gafftop do.

I dont know about all that.

Heres the sauce we use. Its actually a kind of copy of the sauce at Chuys mexican place. Put it all a blender or processor and get it to a good consistency. Its actually better the next day.

            1 cup sour cream
            1 cup mayonnaise
5 tablespoon dry Ranch Dressing Mix
            1/2 cup pickled jalapeno peppers
            1/2 cup fresh cilantro
            2 tablespoons fresh lime juice[/QUOTE

Good stuff! Same place I copied mine from

I've caught and cleaned enough trout from 15 to 31" to sink a battleship and never seen a worm in one. EVER. Big uglies and bulls yes. Trout. Nope. Never. Zero.

Did I mention never seen worms in a trout? Maybe I havent fished the right nuclear plant.

trout is good fried or grilled. Dont let it freeze for long.

The best eating red ain't legal to keep in texas

                Flounder is good.

A nice mangrove snapper is about the best eating saltwater fish I've ever had cooked. Tuna would be next but if you do anything other than Sear a tuna, you deserve worms in your trout

That’s crazy. Probably close to 50% of the trout I catch have worms, but I only catch a handful a year. Lol

Swordfish Steak, if you can find or catch it? Have to confess, have not been salt fishin' in a long time so limited to what I can "sometimes" but not often find in a eatery!
